skills Required: - 13+ Years of Experience working in IT Assignments with minimum 7 years' experience working on IT support assignments- 5+ years of experience managing a team size of 10+ resources- SAProject Management experience with a team size of 10+ resources- SAP support/managed services experience- Good understanding of SAP Integration with third party modules- Basic understanding of SAP HCM HR & ABAP- Working experience with utility customer is a plus- Certification in ITSM- Demonstrated ability to communicate across various level of the organization to ensure buy-in and engagement of resources.- Superior organization and planning skills, including the ability to direct and prioritize operational support tasks to completion within deadlines- Experience working with ticketing tool - Service Now- Willing to work in shifts
