We’re now looking for an experienced Maitre D' & Bar Manager with a flair for event planning to join our team and elevate our service.

The Role:

As our Maitre D' & Bar Manager, you will wear many hats, overseeing front-of-house operations, managing the bar, and playing a key role in planning and executing special events. Your responsibilities will include:

Guest Relations: Deliver exceptional, personalized service with warmth and professionalism.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to consistently provide top-tier service.

Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, from reservations and seating to maintaining bar inventory and service standards.

Cocktail & Wine Expertise: Collaborate with bartenders to create and maintain an innovative and exciting drink menu while managing stock levels.

Event Planning & Coordination: Oversee and execute a range of events, from corporate gatherings, private parties and themed nights. Handle everything from planning to logistics to guest experience, ensuring every detail is flawless.

Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning any challenges into opportunities to shine.

You Bring:

Experience: 3+ years in a Maitre D' or Bar Manager role, with proven event planning experience in a high-end, high-volume setting.

Charisma & Communication: You’re a people person, skilled at building rapport and creating lasting relationships with guests and staff alike.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team in a busy, dynamic environment.

Event Planning Expertise: Proven experience planning and executing events, from intimate dinners to large celebrations, ensuring every event runs smoothly and guests leave impressed.

Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while staying calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: From seating arrangements to event timelines, you sweat the small stuff to create seamless, unforgettable experiences.
