Position: Bartender/Server

Barrel & Brew is looking for motivated, personable, and knowledgeable bartenders to join our dynamic team! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating exceptional drinks, and has the drive to grow in the industry, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Bartending experience required, including server experience (must be able to multitask between bartending and serving as needed).

Skills: Deep knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and wines. Experience crafting specialty drinks, mixing consistent cocktails, following recipes, and executing bar setup and breakdown procedures.

Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch service to guests.

Availability: Must have open availability, including weekends and Sundays.

Team Player: Looking for motivated "sharks" who want to contribute to a team and grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

Crafting and serving cocktails, beer, and wine to our guests with precision and flair.

Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, including opening and closing procedures.

Assisting with bar setup and breakdown.

Staying current on our drink menu and offering recommendations based on guest preferences.
