Threat and Vulnerability Analyst

Talntly is seeking a Threat and Vulnerability Analyst for a Client located in Nashville. The ideal fit will be a resource with a demonstrated background in Threat & Vulnerability Management. This role is primarily proactive, we are seeking a security resource that has an offensive mindset to help enhance and operate the current Threat & Vulnerability Program that is in place. The Client is using Rapid7 for their vulnerability scanning needs and is ideally looking for a candidate with this experience (Nessus for example would be sufficient if all other skills are a fit).Lastly, this resource will be involved with mapping controls to Mitre attack programs to ensure the framework is in place with automating testing and quality control encompassed to ensure security best practices are abound.

• 2-3 years of InfoSec experience specifically with Threat & Vulnerability Management
• Writing SQL & Python queries for analysis
• Offensive/proactive security measures & protocols
• Comfortability with Splunk for review, logging and monitoring
• InfoSec Degree, Masters or Certifications (CISSP or Offensive Certs)- Preferred
• Rapid7 Vulnerability Scanner- Preferred
