Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will be situated within the IT industry, focusing on maintaining the integrity of Microsoft 365 and other cloud storage platforms, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks within the department. Responsibilities: Ensuring user permissions are correctly managed across Microsoft 365 and associated cloud storage platforms. Taking on administrative tasks for the department, including the maintenance of databases, generation of reports, and documentation. Providing support and troubleshooting for PC and network hardware, including installation, maintenance, and minor repairs. Creating and updating technical content, such as policy handbooks, procedures, and technical documents for internal use. Developing interactive training resources and materials, utilizing basic photo and video editing software. Undertaking additional IT-related tasks as assigned. Leveraging PowerShell scripting for software installation and modification. Balancing multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high levels of accuracy and precision. Requirements Proficiency in Computer Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting Experience with Active Directory management and operations Knowledge of Backup Technologies for data protection and recovery Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Enterprise suite and its applications Understanding of Cloud Storage systems and their usage Ability to perform Video Editing tasks effectively Demonstrated Video Editing Skills using various software Experience in IT administration, managing and maintaining IT infrastructure Proficiency in PowerShell for system administration tasks Experience with PowerShell Scripting for automating tasks Knowledge of Windows PowerShell and its practical applications Experience with Camtasia for video creation and editing Ability to handle Batching processes efficiently.
