Lead Executive Assistant - Legal Department
Supporting the EVP, Chief Legal Officer, and her direct staff. Supporting the Transformation Office leadership. Providing a wide range of administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating expense reports, and tracking progress. Preparing, editing, prooing and organizing presentations, reports, and other documents. Helping with the organization and maintenance of digital files, systems, databases, and intranet sites. Assisting the head of Legal and Board Operations with legal billing, law firm/vendor onboarding, purchase order processing, and monthly accruals initiatives.  Conducting online research and assisting in gathering information for ongoing projects and initiatives. Identifying and supporting opportunities for process efficiencies, automation, and other ways to utilize technology within the Legal and Transformation Teams. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Supporting other projects and initiatives within the Legal and Transformation Teams, as requested. 
 This role will be hybrid (2 days per week) out of the Waltham, MA office.
