Part Time Maintenance Person Needed!

We are hiring for a part time maintenance person at Central Carson Self Storage.

The individual we hire must be responsible, a self starter, honest, dependable and self reliant.

It is an hourly position as well as an on call position.

Maximum hours is 15 a week with no guarantee you will work a full 15 hours.

Knowledge of the Storage industry is not required but a plus.

Job duties include but no limited to:

Sweeping the halls

Cleaning units that are left dirty, along with hauling junk or garbage to the dumpster.

Maintaining trees and bushes to keep them from over growing.

Making sure the storage yard and surrounding parking lots stay clear of debris and trash.

Basic landscaping

Cutting locks

Helping with the elevators should they get stuck

Changing lights

Helping tenants when and if Property Manager is not immediately available.

We ask that you have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to Reno to provide support to our sister facility.

Travel time to be included.
