Job Summary: The service coordinator position at Ecosolar and Electric is a full time, in-person position. This is mostly a desk job with some customer job site work for communications/IT. The position is best suited for well-rounded, personable individuals who are able to think independently and troubleshoot a variety of tasks placed before them.
Core Duties and responsibilities:
Upkeep and troubleshooting of online solar data monitoring for past installations.
Coordinate RMA replacement equipment
Setup and maintain online data monitoring sites for new installations
Customer interaction on a daily basis through email, phone, and face-to-face requiring one to be comfortable with dealing with a variety of individuals on a regular basis and have a pleasant disposition overall
Ordering job materials
Other duties include: assisting the admin team with job initiation, creating work orders for field electricians, keep office work areas tidy, assist with answering phones.
Education/Experience:
College Level education (preferred)
Technical job experience (3-5 years preferred)
Advanced level of computer/tech abilities (required)
Excellent communication skills with high level of knowledge in Windows, Excel, Google apps, Android platform
Experience in any or all: Customer Management Relations software/database
Oregon Driver’s License in good standing and good driving record (required)

Compensation: Base pay DOE + benefits. Starting $18/hr.
