Support heavily customized PeopleSoft applications - HCM, CRM, Pensions and Portal- Provide support for steady state (production and non-prod) environments, enhancements and minor projects- Troubeshoot incidents and support requests and develop fixes . Recommend solutions to satisfy user requirements and determine the impact on the new/existing design Assist in analyzing and documenting user requirements of new systems and enhancements to existing systems Coordinate and support the development and deployment of user documentation Identify inputs, outputs and throughputs of a business process Define data requirements 5+ years experience with PeopleSoft HCM 8+ years experience with PeopleSoft development (SQL, Cobol, AE, SQR and PeopleCode) 4+ years experience with PeopleSoft CRM and PortalExperience in PeopleSoft TAM (Talent Acquisition Module) , ePerformance, eCompensation and LMSExperience in Integration Broker, AppsianExperience in Tax UpdatesPlease note that all resources providing application support for this project will be required to complete a drug screen for illegal drug use.Skills/Exp:Mandatory-4 yrsRequirements Analysis : P3PeopleSoft HCM - P3PeopleSoft CRM - P2PeopleSoft ePerformance / eCompensation - P2PeopleSoft Portal - P3PeopleSoft architecture - P2PeopleSoft integrations - P2PeopleSoft development - P3Client Relationship Building and Management : P2Bachelor DegreeThe Business Analyst 2 may provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.
