Account Development Manager I, Mid-Tier
Staring pay around $130k/yrThe purpose of this job is to deploy a sales individual that delivers on sales objectives that are set by senior leadership members to grow market share in the Chicago area mid-tier fleet marketplace.Establish relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales goals and targetsDrive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed salesProspect for potential customers via calls, in-person, or emails, using various direct methods such as networking and utilizing lead generation toolsConsult with prospects regarding business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of eachMaintain a high level of relevant general knowledge to connect with prospectsWork with internal technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirementsAchieve monthly sales quota and KPIsMaintain relevant data on prospects and customersProvide forecasts on sales volumesWork with other departments within the organization to address potential problems and ensure a great customer experienceModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned
