We are seeking an organized and proactive Office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and some administrative skills. This role is crucial for maintaining our office operations and ensuring smooth workflow. If you have a background in the furniture industry, even better!

Responsibilities:

Help manage office operations and procedures

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks

Updating excel spread sheets on daily basis

Handle correspondence, and other administrative tasks which includes emails

Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees

Oversee office supplies and inventory

Qualifications:

Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Background in the furniture industry is a plus.
