Responsibilities:

Ensure regular attendance and maintain a professional appearance.

Repair auditorium seats promptly.

Perform tile work, sheetrock repair, painting, and light bulb changes.

Conduct daily inspection reports and minor repairs as needed.

Train team members on safe repair and maintenance practices.

Collaborate with management to address larger maintenance concerns.

Operate and maintain knowledge of the alarm system.

Adhere to safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and performing physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, and kneeling.
