Facility Experience Technican

We are looking for a Facility Experience Technician to join us, helping to ensure the Unleashed experience operates in a safe and reliable manner so that our guests’ experience is the best it can be.  Learning how our assets are built and operated, you’ll be key in ensuring they run effectively (with help where needed from our Wellington Weta Workshop team.) You’ll be responsible for ensuring our attraction is maintained at a high level – routine maintenance checks, managing issues and carrying out technical checks, as well as proactively promoting a healthy and safe working environment.You’ll also manage any contractors on-site and maintain a positive working relationship with SkyCity (where our great venue is located).What we’re looking for in you?Ideally, you’ll have experience in a manufacturing environment, building film sets or a mechanical background.A robust understanding of Health and Safety practices and familiarity with manufacturing/industrial processes in a production environment will also help.You will be a strong communicator and be able to manage trade and service providers effectively.You can find out more in our job description here – but you don’t need to tick every box to be considered.
