Summary Manager IT Fusion Program - Integrations | Information Technology Are you an experienced integration manager passionate about delivering seamless connectivity and driving enterprise-scale transformations? Join our team as the Manager of IT Fusion Program - Integrations, where you’ll lead a diverse team in crafting and executing integration solutions for a large-scale ERP transformation program while ensuring compliance with enterprise technology and security standards. What your day would be like: You are responsible for:

Integration Leadership: Oversee the requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between core ERP systems and other critical business applications.

Enterprise Integration Platform Deployment: Lead the execution plan to design, build, and implement a new enterprise integration platform, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and alignment with long-term organizational goals.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Enterprise Integration team to establish and follow integration standards, patterns, and frameworks. Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver a robust integration architecture.

Risk Mitigation & Governance: Manage risks, issues, and resource optimization while providing regular reporting on project status, scope, and adherence to governance structures.

Future-Ready Systems: Plan for integration platform scalability to meet evolving business needs and ensure integration solutions align with the organization’s strategic vision.

Extensive Integration Expertise: Direct experience in implementing and/or supporting integration platforms like Workato, Dell Boomi (with Solace), Mulesoft, Azure Service Bus, TIBCO, and Oracle Cloud Integration. Proven track record in managing complex integration landscapes, architecture, communication protocols and best practices. Minimum Requirements Manager IT Fusion Program - Integrations | Information Technology

BS in Computer Science, Business or related degree or equivalent work experience.

AND eight to ten (8-10) years progressively responsible related experience in area/s of assignment is required to obtain an advanced understanding of information and/or communication systems, operating systems, network communications, equipment and infrastructure. Demonstrated leadership skills required.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Demonstrated high quality oral, written and presentation communication skills, high quality interpersonal and people management skills, and demonstrated experience in project management.

General experience in information systems methodologies, systems guidelines & architectures, and technologies.

Extensive experience in IT integration, middleware solutions, and/or enterprise architecture.

Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications

Direct experience in implementing and/or supporting integration platforms like Workato, Dell Boomi (with Solace), Mulesoft, Azure Service Bus, TIBCO, and Oracle Cloud Integration.

Proven track record in managing complex integration landscapes, architecture, communication protocols and best practices.

Strong knowledge of APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML).

Expertise in integration patterns, middleware, and ETL tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid architectures.

Demonstrated practice of management approaches such as work scheduling, coaching, tactics, and process execution.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work across lines of business and all levels within the company.

Demonstrated ability to effectively drive people, process and technology change and lead teams in execution of vision in matrixed organization.

Major Accountabilities

Manage the integration project lifecycle, including scope, budget, resources, risks, and reporting.

Oversee the implementation of the enterprise integration platform, ensuring alignment with ERP transformation timelines and milestones.

Lead a team of integration specialists and developers (internal employees, contractors, and external consultants) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Manages employees; oversees staff by defining and establishing schedules, setting priorities, providing support/direction and dealing with administrative issues as needed.

Clearly communicate the team's work plans and backlog to ensure the necessary support is available to deliver on time.

Applying creative solutions to problems to ensure program needs are most effectively met.

Defines immediate goals, priorities, and operational plans to ensure team goals are aligned with the goals and priorities of the organization.

Makes decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans; receives guidance and oversight from manager.

Creates and promotes a productive work environment, ensuring that necessary skills and competencies are in place to meet the goals of the unit while fostering a culture aligned with the APS and program's culture principles.

Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations and recommends pay actions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
