Accounting Assistant :

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Accounts payable processing, high volume AP/full cycle for multiple entities.

- Verify approval and accuracy on all invoices and prepare weekly check runs.

- Excel spreadsheet maintenance.

- Reconciling monthly Bank statement

- Maintain vendor files.

- Assist in other accounting projects as needed

Requirements and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in AR and AP accounting duties

- An Associate’s Degree in Accounting is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

- MUST be proficient with Quickbooks

- Ability to multi-task, established priorities and organized efficiently

- Attention to detail with excellent communication is a must.

- Following instructions to every detail.

- Bilingual-Spanish is helpful.
