Renovation Expert/Handyman/Carpenter needed for residential projects

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Handymen/Carpenters/Renovation Experts for multiple renovation projects in the Redington Beach, FL area. Must be skilled in tile work.

PAY: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

SCHEDULE: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, 40 hours per week

START DATE: 12/5/2024

DURATION: Temp to Perm

Job Responsibilities:

Tile Flooring Installation

Exterior walls

Door/Window replacements

Cabinetry

Drywall

Painting

Plumbing

Minor Electrical

Minor lock repairs

Fixture installs and replacement

Countertop installs and repairs

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in tile work is a MUST

Ability to use Impact drills, drill motor, routers, circular saw, and other power tools and operate them safely

Basic skills on tape measure, drill & pat holes (fractional sized drills) / drywall anchors/ cement anchors

Self-motivated

Can complete tasks as delegated

Must have standard PPE, including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, and work pants.

Tools Required: (Must have your own tools)

Standard handyman tools - including but not limited to impact drills, grinders, drill motor, routers, circular saw, tape measure, cordless drills, hammer, wrenches, etc

Additional Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have reliable transportation to and from the job sites in the Redington Beach, FL area.
