Cleaning: Washing dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen appliances

Sanitizing: Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Organizing: Stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware

Maintaining: Keeping the dish area organized and free of clutter, and maintaining clean, dry floors

Setting up: Setting up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks

Emptying: Emptying trash containers

Managing: Managing cleaning supplies and inventory

Dishwashers may also operate power dishwashing equipment and monitoring proper amounts of cleaning solution/sanitizer.
