Action Door, Millwork, and Building Supply is a family owned business that has been providing quality doors, millwork, and building materials to Washington contractors and homeowners for over 30 years. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on ability. We are looking for someone with computer experience, and Quickbook experience helpful. We are looking for a person who enjoys working with others, is detail oriented, organized, and ready to make a long-term commitment. We want someone who is interested in learning about our products so that they can assist with customers as their employment progresses. As a small business you have to be willing to execute a wide variety of tasks from day to day, please see responsibilities below. Our small size allows for huge growth potential. Responsibilities

Answering phones

Greeting customers

Filing

Data entry

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Reconciling bank accounts

Light cleaning of offices and customer/office restroom

Maintain an organized enviroment for customer's to come into

Skills

Quickbooks experience helpful

Accounting experience/knowledge is a plus

Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner

Ability to work in a team setting
