Hiring Kitchen Staff

Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken in Burbank is hiring Kitchen Staff for immediate start! This includes Line Cooks and Platers. Training and employment would begin immediately.

Additional Incentives:

- We are offering a "Critical Team Member" bonus of $500 per and via payroll assuming a team member completes 14 shifts during the payroll (for any BOH team member that is interested). Note that a double counts as 2 shifts (thereby still allowing for days off) and also that, as per California wage and hour laws, you would be entitled to the commensurate overtime pay (1.5x or 2.0x) in addition to the incentive bonus.

Prior kitchen experience is required. Gus's team members must be self-motivated, hardworking and focused individuals. This is a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen that requires strong team members working together in a drama-free manner.
