Our client is an American multinational information technology services and consulting company and is a leading provider of information technology consulting and business process outsourcing services dedicated helping the worlds leading companies build stronger businesses.Title : IT Project ManagerWork Location : Phoenix AZ 85003Job Type : ContractWork Type : OnsiteDuration : 12 MonthsJob Description : ResponsibilitiesAct as the Project Manager for the Technology Infrastructure &Operations delivery team to implement and support PDLC practices within the organization.This includes performing daily standups documenting progress and blockers ability to track and measure velocity using tools like Confluence Workfront and Service NowFacilitate workshops and work with technology teams to achievepredictability and reduce waste by establishing guiding principles around capacity planning prioritization crossteam dependencies and roadmap managementCreate written standards and associated support documentationfor tools and practices adopted by teams Conduct retrospectives champion continuous improvement and create an environment of collaboration at all levels in the organizationPartner with leadership and work collaboratively with stakeholdersfor proper and precise communications status backlog prioritization and gathering / defining project scope and timelinesAs part of the Technology Infrastructure & Operations deliveryteam you will also be responsible for organizing interactionswith stakeholders and shared accountability for deliveryWork with other teams to drive consistency across adoptedpractices processes and tools Responsible for building ahighperforming team of leaders that produce successful outcomes when pairing with project managers and technology teams to execute highlevel project plansResponsible for bringing new tooling and technology solutions with a focus on streamlining processes and building independent autonomous teamsAdhere to WAB procedures to stay compliantWhat are the top 3 skills required for this roleExperience in IT Project Management working with SDLC / PDLC frameworks Agile / Scrum methodologiesHands on experience with infrastructure technology including servers VMs cloud and network engineeringExtensive and recent experience and Indepth knowledge of endtoend development including risk controls audit legal and complianceTekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
