In depth iris development, touching some devops tooling FORMAL JD:Job Description: Iris for Health ConsultantUHC is setting up InterSystems IRIS for Health platform for Clinical Data Services (CDSM). The IRIS for Health Consultant role demands the highest level platform expertise and skills to collaborate with various stakeholders to define and develop high performance, scalable, dynamically configurable instance of IRIS for Health.Working with Agile delivery teams, the consultant will participate hands-on in below activities. The ideal candidate is expected to have past experience doing these and hand hold the team members through them. 1. Developing logical design of the IRIS for Health instance2. developing interfaces, managing users, rules and workflows3. ObjectScript Programming4. establishing and managing downstream connectivity, reporting and notifications, config deployments5. migrating interfaces from an existing platform (Optum Data Exchange (ODX) built on Ensemble HealthConnect in our case) to new one6. establishing DevOps practices including config deployments, monitoring, automations, IRIS version releases and other operational aspects7. contribute towards infrastructure design and validation of infrastructure for size and high performanceIn addition, this consultant will help to refactor code from existing Optum Data Exchange (ODX) The consultant will have to do hands-on coding and testing. This is not a project manager or delivery manager role. The consultant will work across globally spread out scrum teams. If the candidate fails to deliver on the above needed skills, the person can be moved off the contact with one-week notice. Initial engagement is expected to last for 3 months.
