SAP SPECIALIST

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in Miami, Florida, 33137, United States. In this role, you will be required to manage and analyze inventory data, process invoices, and handle vendor management with a focus on utilizing SAP and other ERP solutions.Responsibilities: Utilizing SAP and other ERP solutions to manage inventory data accurately. Handling the posting of invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing. Processing both Purchase Orders (PO) and Non-PO efficiently. Creating and managing vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Using IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine to enhance inventory management processes. Implementing auditing processes to ensure accuracy of inventory data. Leveraging About Time software to manage time and attendance data. Managing collection processes to ensure timely payment. Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Providing high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers. Requirements Proficiency in Epic Software is a requirement for the role. Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is an essential skill. Experience with ERP Solutions is crucial. Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is required. Proficiency in using Interface Engine is mandatory. Proficiency in About Time software is necessary. Auditing skills are a crucial requirement for this role. Familiarity with Collection Processes is necessary. Excellent communication skills are required.
