Airwatch Administrator

3 month contract, possible extensionsJob Duties:• Administer, Operate, and Update iOS and Android devices in an Airwatch Environment• Previous experience scripting Airwatch API• Upload, update, and maintain iOS and Android Apps• Test and QA new iOS and Android releases – Manage deployment process and schedule• Understand MDM reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to Mobile Team• Assess MDM capabilities and provide recommendations on optimization and usage• Provide hardware and software support for Apple iPod and iPad devices• Works with team/stores to resolve technical issues• Coordinate with the Platform team to create onboarding processes• Create user documentation (Tips, tricks, FAQs) as new features and Apps are deployed• Assists with piloting and testing new Apps for Retail use• MS Intune experience with app assignment and AD group administration• Experience with managing mobile devices in Intune
