Residential Roofing Sales Manager

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is a leading staffing firm partnering with a well-established roofing contractor in Mesa, AZ. Our client is a licensed, bonded, and insured provider of high-quality residential and commercial roofing services, known for exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

The Residential Roofing Sales Manager will lead and grow a sales team while meeting personal sales targets. This role combines leadership, direct sales, and strategic planning to drive sales success. Previous experience as a roofer or roofing foreman is highly valued.

Pay Rate: $55,000-$70,000/annually plus 2-3 percent commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.

Achieve individual sales targets through direct client engagement and lead generation.

Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to effectively expand the sales force.

Monitor and assess team performance, offering constructive feedback and motivation to meet company goals.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Qualifications

Proven success in sales with demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team.

Experience in residential roofing sales; background as a roofer or roofing foreman is preferred.

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client and team relationships.

Proficiency with CRM software; experience with JobNimbus is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
