Expert Maintenance Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment located in the optical manufacturing lab, acting with oversight in a team Lead role.  Duties include:Providing leadership to the maintenance crewLead associates by ensuring they stay on task and in proper place for optimal workflowEnsure work orders are handled to resolve machine issues, while minimizing down time affecting production effortsTrain associates as directed by the Maintenance SupervisorMaintain Preventative Maintenance equipment logs and checklistsService CNC Edgers, CNC Generators, BlockersFollow company's Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, suggest safety measures Perform other tasks and lead functions as assigned
