Alternatively, an ambitious agent with a proven track record of high performance in residential established sales could make a successful transition into this role.Understanding the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyersMeeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.Being highly organized and able to work autonomously.
