Cybersecurity Engineer III
The primary purpose of this role is to represent security within McDonald’s Enterprise Products and Platforms function.  This person will become a virtual member of EPP project teams to help guide them in the most effective use of security patterns and services and to help connect them to the right security teams when needed.This role involves applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate, and verify the security aspects of solutions. Conduct risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and analysis of mitigation mechanisms. Coordinate with systems architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions.This role requires a balance of technical expertise and organizational acumen.This role will be a part of the Global Cyber Security function and Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering team, and will report to the Senior Manager of Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Director of Technology Excellence within Enterprise Products and Platforms.Responsibilities & Accountabilities Contribute as a part of a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering collaboration and leveraging individual strengths. Craft and implement robust cybersecurity strategies aligned with industry best practices and company goals. Conduct rigorous audits to identify security gaps and proactively address them. Partner with business units to integrate security seamlessly into projects and processes, protecting information systems. Continuously monitor emerging threats and trends, ensuring knowledge stays ahead of attackers. The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490/ per year
