Business Analyst
The Business Analyst follows strategic business decisions and provides direction and process recommendations while collaborating with internal stakeholders to tactically accomplish the tasks at hand. This role serves as a vital link between our technology team and our business objectives.The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain an in-depth understanding of the business processes and the context in which the business unit operates. The Business Analyst is responsible for documenting features and user stories and working closely with the Application Development and Architecture team to deliver. Essential Job Duties
Collaborate with business groups to gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design.
Drive and create new or updated process flows for efficiency and simplify the steps.
Create user stories for tactical execution and backlog grooming.
Facilitate group meetings, including leading UAT and testing the complete solution.
Act as a key player in agile process management, participating in grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping, and accepting user stories.
Lead and manage small to medium projects for a few business units.
Collaborate with business groups, facilitating group meetings.
Communicate the strategy for the business group and enterprise-wide.
Identify solutions to automate processes and eliminate friction for a business unit.
Functionally focused; outline and update process flows for small to medium projects to gain efficiency.
Is process driven and simplifies the steps.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a trade show general contractor.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) will be a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance, statistics, or a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Certinia/Financial Force, Commerce Cloud) required.
