SALES/FINANCE MANAGER AUTO DEALERSHIP
We are EXPANDING our team and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Finance Manager for high volume store.

Job Description
Manage the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded
Early Management Intervention (Includes Sales Manager taking call and making appointments)
CRM input management to required sales staff to input deals before desking (72 hours salesman protection for sales commission)
Desk deal and Approve Deal
Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Collect all disclosures and bank stipulation if applicable
Send deal to Typer assistant if available, if not type and collect signatures, package deal and send deal to bank
See the deal through funding
Insure the correct commission is inputted for sales representative
Responsible for improving sales and operations
Develops trains and motivates sales team.
Interacts with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Compliant with applicable laws & regulations and other task associated with Used car manager and Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of Sales and Finance Management experience in an automotive dealership
Proven track record of successful selling
Computer proficient and internet savvy
A leader, trainer and motivator of sales staff
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of success
Willingness to get involved in making car deals
High energy, high volume, Customer service driven.
