What you’ll do: Identify restructuring/workout candidates based on pre-agreed criteria.Analyse flagged restructuring opportunities with borrowers to assess borrower outlook and opportunities for improving Probability of Default (PD) and Loss Given Default (LGD)Recommend strategies for credit approvalNegotiate exposure restructuringDocument revised commercial agreements.Monitor portfolio segments - Watchlist and Restructured LoansReporting
