Practice Assistant / Medical Receptionist - Bilingual Spanish

Location: Commack and Setauket

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and prompt customer service to patients and visitors.

Verify and update patient account details according to front desk policies.

Collaborate with the Insurance Verification team to ensure accurate insurance information.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and patient waiting room.

Stay informed about individual physicians’ scheduling preferences.

Respond to patient requests and provide information professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish
