Qualifications
3 years of federal personal income tax return preparation
A Bachelor’s degree focused in accounting, or an additional 2 years of related training/experience in lieu of
Proficiency with Lacerte Software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook email and Google Calendar.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, organized and able to work efficiently and accurately alone and under pressure to meet deadlines
Pay/Benefits
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to relevant experience/level and skillset
Flex time, referral bonuses, after season bonus, two free 1040 returns
Training for next level accounting, investment and financial planning
Responsibilities
Acts as an expert counselor and preparer in federal and state income taxes
Works directly with existing clients to service and prepare Federal (and state where needed) tax returns
Assists clients through the filing process
Ensures clients receive maximum service to reduce tax liabilities and the best customer service
