Compensation: $60,000-70,000+ based on experience

Plum Fabrication is a high-end custom cabinet and furniture shop seeking a Woodworker - Builder with a minimum of 2 years experience in a production fabrication environment. Knowledge of both sheet products and solid wood production is beneficial to the position. High degree of competence ranging from fine woodworking hand tools through shop equipment necessary. Experience with finishing is also highly desirable.

This position would join a team to create highly detailed cabinetry and furniture for both residential and commercial spaces. Applicants must bring a strong work ethic, reliable communication skills, professionalism and a team based approach over individual ego.

Requirements:

- 2 years of cabinetry experience or similar woodworking fabrication experience

- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fabrication environment

- Understanding of basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures

- Physical strength and stamina: perform tasks that require extensive physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and

operating hand and power tools

- Valid WA DL. Occasional driving of a company vehicle may be required,

- Organization skills, tool maintenance, and CNC operation experience are a plus.
