We are currently looking for 1 part-time or full-time Team Member to assist our growing and busy burger operation at Chubbies Burgers in Kaimuki. Chubbies has been voted THE BEST in Honolulu Mag's "Best Of Honolulu" 4 years in a row!

$18 per hour + Tip pool

→ Tip pool is consistently $5-7 hourly on top of your base pay. (can go over $8 hourly on busy days!)

Full-time & Part-time applications being accepted. Full time = 5 shifts, 30-35 hours per week.

About:

Our simple menu is made possible by a systematic line of 3 main roles: Fryer, Burger Assembly, and Grill.

Fryer station or Burger Assembly are the starting roles.

Eventually you can cross-train to work Grill (and cook burgers for a higher pay rate).

Limited kitchen experience is okay, as our amazing systems & simple menu is easily trainable.

Back Team Member Job Duties:

Food preparation, cooking equipment operation, ingredient handling.

Recipe adherence, team/line coordination, quality control.

Cleaning and sanitizing, maintaining an organized work station.

Equipment care and procedures, following safety regulations.

Adapt to volume and execute our systems in order to be efficient.

Job requirements:

Reliable and motivated.

Professionalism: you take work seriously.

High school diploma or GED.

Reasonable availability.

Good employment history.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to keep a positive attitude and work as part of a team.

(former location of Koko Head cafe)

We are open Monday - Sunday and the shifts for this position can be AM or PM shifts.
