PAINTER/MAINTENANCE MAN WANTED

Property management company on the Southside of Chicago is looking for a full-time, skilled painter with some general maintenance experience. Must be able to prepare apartments for new moves. painting throughout and making necessary repairs. Looking to hire someone ASAP for multiple units.

Requirements:

Transportation and your own tools

3-5 years experience

General experience with plumbing, electric, flooring, tile installation, etc.
