You Are:You are a seasoned management consultant with a deep understanding of the Telecom & Media industry, particularly telecommunications and communication service providers. Staying abreast of industry trends, you leverage insights to develop cutting-edge strategies for clients, including supply chain and operations transformation, technology advisory, talent strategy and digital transformation. A strategic thinker and execution expert, you excel at crafting comprehensive strategic plans and translating them into actionable roadmaps. As a relationship builder and team leader, you foster strong client relationships and empower teams to achieve peak performance. A versatile consultant, you thrive on diverse engagements, helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic and operational goals, such as market entry, mergers and acquisitions, and operational efficiency.The Work:

Partner with clients across the Communications & Media industry to structure tailored solutions that enable growth

Lead teams in conducting research/interviews, building analytic/business model, extracting insights, and developing detailed recommendations to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendations

Create and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with Communications and Media clients

Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

Support responses to RFPs and business development efforts

Mentor junior members of the Communications & Media team and groom them for more responsibility

Engage in the Communications & Media industry practice

Travel as needed, up to 80%

Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 6 years’ combined professional experience working in consulting and the Communications & Media industry

Minimum of 4 years’ experience advising growth, competitive agility, enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives

A Bachelor’s degree

Bonus Points if:

Experience at a consulting firm

You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools

You are a published thought leader in the Communications and Media industry

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
