DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor.

Maintain solid product knowledge and provide outstanding service.

Oversee guest returns, exchanges, credits, and other transactions.

Ensure proper control of cash and media at Point of Sale (PoS) registers.

Train cashiers and cross-train other associates.

Prepare daily deposits, change, and manage media.

Enforce compliance with company policies and support loss-prevention efforts.

Schedule cashier shifts and monitor productivity.

Maintain front-end supplies and assist with merchandise replenishment.

Cover cashier shifts when needed and perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to handle cash and manage transactions accurately.

Experience with training and cross-training associates is preferred.

Knowledge of company policies and loss-prevention practices is a plus.
