Auto Body Technician Helper

JOB SUMMARY

We have an immediate job opening for a Helper of a Body Man who will safely remove and install necessary parts on vehicles in accordance with OEM standards. Some Repairs may be needed and include, but are not limited to removing damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and reassembling the vehicle parts after painting is complete.

Paid weekly

Paid Vacation & Holidays – Begin day 1

Monday - Friday Only 8am-530pm

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of prior experience in a collision shop required; I-CAR preferred.

Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Must be dependable and show up to work on time.

Must have reliable transportation

Strong Work Ethic

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
