Traveling FF&E Project Lead / Team Supervisor

We are looking for a Traveling Supervisor to join our growing team! You would be a team lead on site and manage our labor crew to complete FF&E projects. You will be our point person and main conduit of information between the MR management and the general contractor for the project you are assigned to. THIS IS A TRAVELING POSITION. THIS PROJECT IS 6 MONTHS LONG.

Responsibilities:

Manage labor crew(s) of 2-20 laborers

Ensure work is completed within schedule parameters

Work daily with general contractor and property management to coordinate work and project needs

Communicate daily with Project Manager regarding

Progress

Any and all issues

Any and all requested changes

Document and report all damages

Submit daily report to Project Manager that includes:

Actual hours worked

Supervise loading and unloading of all trucks

Fill out, take pictures of, and submit all BOLs

Required Skills:

English is a MUST, Spanish is a plus

Experience managing labor crews of up to 20 laborers

Plan/blueprint reading

Furniture cleating/mounting/hanging

Required Experience:

5+ years managing labor crews of 10+

2+ years in Hospitality FF&E -OR- 5+ years in general(any) FF&E
