Job Opportunity: Bar Manager/Lead for a Revamped Pub

Are you a seasoned bar professional ready to take on a rewarding challenge? We’re seeking a Bar Manager/Lead to work closely with the owner in revitalizing a newly acquired bar and pub. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a small but vibrant establishment that serves both food and alcohol and offers entertainment throughout the week.

This role begins as a contract position, with potential for growth as we rebuild together.

Compensation

Starting 750 a week plus tips for shifts worked.

Opportunities for bonuses based on the bar’s performance and nightly entertainment after 5 months.

Base pay increases after 5 months based on performance and growth contributions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating directly with the owner to revamp and rebrand the bar.

Managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling.

Analyzing business performance and pivoting strategies to address challenges.

Enhancing the customer experience by maintaining high service standards and introducing fresh ideas.

Overseeing entertainment scheduling and ensuring seamless event execution.

Developing and implementing creative ways to attract new customers and retain regulars.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in bar or hospitality management, with a track record of success in improving operations.

A results-driven mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly and implement changes when needed.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a small team.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and budgeting.

Creative thinker with a passion for revitalizing and growing a business.

Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and special events.
