Cleaner for Apartment Building in Oak Park.
Cleaner need to keep apartment building clean and clean move out units.
Communication with the property manager is very important.
Must be an experienced cleaner with past experience.
Must be able to clean at a high standard in an efficient manner and follow the procedures in place.
Must have a flexible schedule. Work will usually be Tuesday and Thursday.
But it can change depending on unit turnovers.
Responsible for spending about 3 hours and 2 days a week cleaning the building and unit turnovers.
Extra hours will be required if apartments need to be cleaned.
You will be responsible for keeping the building clean and safe.
Including the hallways, elevators, stairways, laundry rooms, office areas, and maintenance areas.
Need to be a self starter, motivated, and responsible.
All equipment and supplies are on site.
Living close is a positive.
You can have extra hours if you would like to keep the outside of building neat and clean.
And help shovel snow.
Text and emails are better on the weekend.
