Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.We are looking for energetic, hands on and results driven Trainer of Marketing for both In House and CMP that will play a critical role in our Texas market. Your exceptional business acumen, strong strategic planning and analytical skills are highly desirable and an in-depth knowledge of Timeshare/Vacation Ownership Sales & Marketing is a must. A solid background in leading a team is essential.
Work with VP of marketing to plan, implement and manage facilitation of marketing business plans.
Partner with SVP of marketing to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices.
Work with site and regional sales leadership in analyzing performance factors, to include increasing tour production, increasing financial performance and reviewing marketing program efficiencies.
Effectively train and motivate new marketing personnel including supervisors and managers.
Work with site and regional Marketing leadership with guidelines on rollout of new programs, best practices and processes.
Partner with Area Senior Leadership in Marketing Review submissions, Compensation Plan analysis and all other Marketing related analytics.
Create a positive work environment by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and corporate values.
Experience in a marketing leadership position (timeshare/vacation ownership industry).
Professional communication skills in dealing with diverse clients and company personnel.
Customer service and problem resolution experience.
Vendor relations experience and negotiation skills.
Proactive individual with eye for efficiencies (i.e. business processes re-engineering).
Extensive knowledge in analyzing and reporting on marketing campaigns and strategies.
Skills and focus required to consistently meet and exceed budgeted goals.
Strong organization skills and the ability to maintain accurate data and records
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must have excellent communication skills and problem resolution skills.
Education And/Or Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree/coursework in Business Administration or equivalent experience is preferred
A minimum of 2 years management experience in vacation ownership marketing
At least 2-3 years Wyndham Marketing experience preferred
Skills And Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports
Working knowledge of marketing databases
Ability to recruit, train and develop employees
Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

CompensationGenerally starting at $66,560 - $66,560 per year plus commissions and bonuses.
