PT Continuous Improvement Specialist
Description We are looking for an entry-level Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will measure production line efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and leverage data to improve performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, has a deep understanding of production line operations, and is able to present findings effectively/market it out during town hall meetings. Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze production line operations to ascertain efficiency.
Diagnose bottlenecks and other issues using a data-driven approach.
Record and maintain accurate, up-to-date cycle times data.
Conduct capability studies, correlating data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Develop innovative methods to showcase improvements, increase visibility of the line balance process, and highlight successful interventions.
Create engaging videos and presentations embodying improvements and overall performance for town hall meetings.
Engage with various stakeholders, presenting findings, and providing updates on improvement strategies.
Collaborate closely with production and management teams to implement recommendations and solutions.
