Experienced Pet Stylist/Groomer

Compensation: You are a W-2 employee with benefits, this is not a 1099 job. You can earn up to 50% "commission" or more, depending on experience and client base. Did we mention Granite Bay? Can’t ask for better clients and tips are almost always given!

Employment type: Part time, possible full time, flexible scheduling

NO NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN CLIENTS, WE HAVE PLENTY!

The ideal candidate would specialize in hand scissoring, dyeing, and creative grooming. This is a nice to have, not a requirement.

Knowledge of general grooming services required.

Basic Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner

Grooming pets according to customer instructions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all animals

Assisting clients with questions about grooming

Basic cleaning and duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, laundry etc.

Basic cash-handling

Up-selling and sales-type duties

Provide excellent customer service

Answer phones

Make out-going calls to clients

Taking and scheduling grooming appointments

Able to work varied hours, weekends and holidays (excluding Christmas and Thanksgiving)

Comfortable speaking to clients in person and on the phone
