Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Program Manager III. As a Program Manager III, you will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects to align with our broader business objectives. You will be a strategic leader, managing budgets and schedules, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and facilitating collaboration across different project teams.Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple interconnected projects within the program Coordinate and manage project schedules and tasks, supporting Senior Field scheduling teams Develop and implement KPIs/Metrics to monitor and validate progress Prepare management summary reports on project status for Field Teams Leadership Foster collaboration between different project teams, departments, and external vendors Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and resolve conflicts Organize, monitor, and adjust schedule reports to meet operational needs Perform quality checks and inspections on Project Controls deliverables Conduct field audits to validate accuracy of reporting and processes Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources efficiently Define and lead new initiatives in process improvement and documentationRequirements Exceptional communication skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder management Proficiency in documentation and reporting for maintaining accurate project records Experience in training team members and stakeholders on project protocols and procedures Strong planning skills for setting project goals, timelines, and deliverables Ability to schedule appointments, meetings, and other project-related events efficiently Experience in reviewing project deliverables for quality and adherence to standards Proficient in design and scheduling software to aid in project management Extensive project management experience, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management Familiarity with the 'About Time' software for project time tracking Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data management and analysis Ability to monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements Experience in metric reporting for assessing project performance Ability to use monitoring tools for tracking project milestones and deliverables Experience in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders for collaborative project execution Proficiency in handling queries and issues related to the project Experience in KPI reporting for measuring project success Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for project documentation and communication Strong focus on process improvement to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
