DescriptionThe Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Lead Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Product Owner maximizes value of product created by Agile team. Liaises with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Is a process transformation champion, leads assigned areas on their maturity journeys and ensures the ServiceNow platform capabilities support the organization’s process maturity roadmap.Required QualificationsProficient with ServiceNow ITBM-PPM Product or commitment to achieve proficiency in first 90 days

Advanced experience as a Product Owner/Manager

End-user experience advocate

Progressive transformative thought leader

Five+ years of Project and Program Management Experience

Strong experiential knowledge of Project and Program Management Best Practices

Highly skilled communicator and serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Sr Leadership readouts

High competency in building reports for the appropriate audience with the right level message

Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies and disciplines (Agile, SAFe, Product Centric, Rapid Development)

Operates strategically and understands the big-picture ServiceNow landscape

Develops strategic roadmap and owns/manages the ServiceNow PPM backlog

Knowledgeable with Azure DevOps, JiraAlign, and other Agile tools and processes

Be the voice of PPM for Humana. Participate in annual convention and work with ServiceNow to improve the PPM product (PAC)

Accountable for the successful implementation of bi-annual ServiceNow upgrades

Ensures tight coordination with all PPM process owners and NOW platform module POs

Experienced process transformation champion

Goal and resulted oriented with proven delivery track record

Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and relationship builder

Manages the end-user support team (currently 2 resources)

Master collaborator and constructively maintains cross-functional partnerships

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of technical experience, or equivalent and 2+ years of project leadership experience
