Craft Beertender Wanted (Commonwealth Brewing Co)

Full time career Beertender wanted for Commonwealth Brewing Co taproom positions. Part time employment is an option.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service in very crowded and busy conditions without exception.

Candidates must be well versed in a wide variety of beer styles, ingredients, and proper glassware.

Candidates must be knowledgable of the basic ingredients, styles, and tasting notes for all Commonwealth beers.

Candidate should demonstrate the ability to match customer preferences to beer styles and effectively communicate the qualities of each beer.

Major Duties:

Engage the customers individually in an open and friendly manner.

Bus all tables.

Collect and wash glassware.

Enforce all applicable ABC regulations.

Prepare for and support special events.

Clean and Maintain Tap Room and private event spaces.

Understand proper use of POS system.

Be knowledgeable of all merchandise and support sales as needed.

Perform others duties as assigned by Shift Lead or Manager.

Cicerone certification and home brewing experience is a plus.
