Cafe Blanca hiring- baker/line cook!

Cafe Blanca is a neighborhood cafe with locally roasted coffee, breakfast, and lunch in Norfolk, VA.

We are looking for a baker/line cook to be part of our small, but mighty team at Cafe Blanca!

Primary areas of responsibility:

-Opening and/or closing cafe

-Running the line

-Production of a small, but terrific set of baked goods

-Coming up with weekly specials

-Managing line cooks

-Prepping, setting up, working, breaking down your own station is a must

-Small prep line, must work neatly and efficiently

-Ability to work in a busy, daytime cafe

Skills and requirements:

-Must be able to work weekends and holidays

-Focused and punctual

-Proximity to the cafe in Riverview neighborhood (Norfolk, VA)
