Avila Care Assisted Living is looking for a reliable team member, courteous, caring, and honest to join our team. Preference for applicants with a consistent care giving work history and a license. Typically light ADLs, 1 person transfers. Up to $1500 Sign On Bonus.
Starting wage dependent on certifications and experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Show up to work on time
-Assist residents with ADL’s daily including but not limited to bathing, dressing, escorting and toileting.
-Ensures residents are prepared for their appointments; transport and/or escort as appropriate.
-Watches for resident change of condition and report concern to Resident Care Coordinator or RN.
-Acts in a professional manner to all other caregivers. We are a team and expected to work as one.
-Maintains good time management and completion of detail-oriented tasks.
-Represent AvilaCare and the elder population in a professional and ethical manner in the community.
-Follow all health department, DSHS, safety and infection control practices.
-Meet the standards of the State Survey process with DSHS and Health Department at all times.
