BPO Automation Group, (a virtual software company that helps real estate professionals automate reports that they do for foreclosure related work) is opening up an exciting opportunity for 1 part-time, 20-25 hours a week (to start, more hours may be available for the right person that is self-motivated), experienced, professional and self-motivated Admin Assistant here in Bellingham, WA. (You MUST live in the Bellingham area)

The exciting admin assistant position is available on an independent contractor basis (you won't be an employee but will be 1099) with the hope of finding 1 ROCKSTAR person that is naturally talented with people. We are only looking for someone that is hungry and can get obsessed with helping the company expand by calling incoming sales leads, helping with customer service requests, scheduling, tech support, basic bookkeeping and more.

Being a positive go-getter type is a requirement. Our goal is to find someone that stands out because they go above and beyond in all they do, they are hard-working and have a history of making a positive impact. We are a niche based real estate software company that is virtually based in Miami, FL

We've been in business since 2009. You will receive full training to help you get started off on the right foot!

Skills Needed:

- Sales experience

- Customer service

- Professional phone voice and etiquette

- Basic PC skills

- MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Organizational skills

- Detail oriented

- Positive, can do attitude

- Self-motivated

- Salesforce experience

- Real estate background (not required but is a BIG BONUS)

Duties Include:

- Sales lead follow-up (phone, text, email, Facebook)

- Customer service requests (phone, email, tech tickets)

- Maintaining calendar and appointments

- Tech support ticket help for current subscribers

- Posting to our Social media sites (Facebook, Twitter)

- Running reports (email, text sales campaigns, subscriber info and more)

- Communicating to teammates (Email, text, phone)

- Basic Bookkeeping (Quickbooks online)

- Other agreed upon duties as needed

Pay:

$18.00/ hour, DOE to start, increase to $19.00/hour after 30 day training period.
